(Pronounced like Jasmine, with an Sh sound).
I began my career as a digital designer and then specialised in UX. My background in design helped me get a firm grip on key design principles. My specialising in UX helped me to understand how to get to the core of customer needs and guide business owners and teams behind the scenes to become aligned with their customers too. This drove business growth, customer retention and increased ROI for each of the businesses I consulted for in FinTech, Renewable energy, Hospitality, Charity and Retail.

When I’m not designing products, you’ll usually find me playing basketball, travelling or getting lost in nature.
