Intro
This department was in charge of company checks to ensure no fraudulent activity was taking place before the business was accepted as a client for card payments.
After a series of interviews and workshops, I began finding patterns in behaviour.
The images show the results of the patterns and a report of findings with further info for the team.

I loved working on this project! I learnt about an entire new department I hadn’t worked with before, so I had to learn fast.
I chose to use paper prototyping as a medium to work with as there were continuous findings, as we learnt more about the day to day activities of the department.
Each case was complex & there were an array of considerations to take into account when designing.
Paper prototyping enabled me to show my ideas to the department while also helping the team members to feel involved & part of the design process. This helped us all with smoother collaboration, resulting in software that empowered the department to be able to do their job with much more efficiency & accuracy.
The increase accuracy & speed meant the business saved thousands in revenue.
