What happens in the sessions?
Each session will start with an intro as I welcome and invite you to step into your loving, nourishing, self care space. The act of ‘stepping into’ the space will help you to switch off from your day and focus on your self care for the next hour.
After the intro I will have a self care ritual ready for you to do along with me. The rituals will vary every week and may include one or more of the following:
Drawing/colouring/sketching/painting
(Easy and simple art techniques that anyone can do at any level, even if you are a total beginner, to help you express yourself creatively)Gentle movement
(I may ask you to stand up if you are able to and move around in your space, to help you let go of any unwanted energy)Basic meditation
(Easy, guided breathing that anyone can do at any level, even if you have never meditated before)
Journaling/brainstorming
(I may encourage you to grab some paper and a pen. Then invite you to write down a few things based on a particular topic of the week)
What’s your background?
In case we haven’t met yet, my name is Shazmin and I’m on a mission to spread joy to as many people as I can through my creative skills.
I began my journey as an artist, designer and creative soul way back in 2004 when I studied my Diploma in Art and Design, followed by a Degree in Theatre and Performance Design and finally Studying Digital Design. I worked as a Designer throughout my career in a multitude of environments and during this time I learnt and honed in on a variety of creative techniques.
I often found myself using these techniques as a way to help me switch off whilst I was working in high pressured, fast paced jobs. They helped me to connect back to my soul and feel more grounded when things were super busy and life became challenging.
They also helped me to slow down, to tune into my heart, to nourish my soul and to help me let go of the daily stresses and challenges of life.
Now I’m sharing these techniques, so you can benefit from them too!
Who are these sessions for?
Busy souls who struggle to slow down! If you find yourself constantly rushing from one thing to another, don’t take enough time to focus on self care and feel like your cup is always running on empty then these sessions are perfect for you.
This is for you if you:
Work in a corporate role
Are an entrepreneur
Are always busy or rushing from one thing to another
Have an open heart
Are willing to try something new
Know you need to slow down, but don’t know how
Don’t know how to switch off but are open to learning
Are open to being creative or enjoy the idea of being creative

What transformation am I likely to make if I do this regularly?
The goal of these sessions are to help you transform from busy with no time for yourself to regular revitalising rituals and habits in place.
Where will I find the sessions and how do they work?
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email with all the details you need to know including a link to your weekly Zoom session. Each session will be one hour long.
What do I need to bring to the sessions?
I recommend keeping these basic things ready for every session:
Pens (ideally a few different colours)
Plain paper
Notebook
Pencils
Felt tips
Colouring pencils
Don’t worry if you’re unable to get hold of them all straight away, you can always build up your self care collection with time and we’ll always make do with whatever we have - That’s one of the best things about being creative…making something out of the little things we do have!
If you want to take your creative expression further, I also recommend finding these if you are able to. (They are not essential as we may only use these occasionally, but if you’d like to explore more mediums then here is some inspiration for you):
Charcoal
Watercolour paints, a small jar for water & brushes
Oil pastels

Do I need to wear anything in particular?
We won’t be doing any strenuous exercise, mostly gentle movements & perhaps some jumping occasionally if you are able to. So if you want, feel free to wear something you feel comfortable in or that you can move more easily in - although this is totally optional.
How much are the sessions and how do they work?
There are 3 price packages. With each package, you get access to live weekly sessions and recordings. Select which package you want to choose from the drop down at the start of this page to purchase.
Basic, 3 months = £150
Standard, 6 months = £297
Premium, 12 months = £497
Does it matter if I miss a session?
No it doesn’t matter. The sessions will be recorded so you can come back to them if you miss any.
Are you a therapist?
No, I’m not a licensed therapist or counselor. If you need further support, please seek professional advice.
What is your refund policy?
No refunds are available. If you miss a session, don’t worry you’ll be able to access it in your own time and catch up with anything you’ve missed.
Can you share a few facts about yourself?
I’m a not so secret foodie, I love exploring nature and swimming in the sea - I can’t explain how nourished my soul feels after a nice little dip in natures’ bubble bath.
